4 Popular Courses in University

The beginning of a new educational year brings about new and exciting prospects, especially if you’re a first-time visitor to the university premises! While it’s easy to overlook while you’re looking at a stack of textbooks on your desk since week one, university life is about more than attending class, reading endless articles, and finishing enormous tasks. University life is supposed to be enjoyable! For many students who are ready to break away from their close-knit group of high school friends and engage themselves in the university culture, the move from high school to beginning a degree can be one of the most exciting moments of their lives.

Computer and Information Systems Affairs

The Department of Computer and Information Systems (IT) is more or less the same as the Department of Computer Science, so the point is the same as above. I just want to add, the ICT major looks small but in fact there are many branches, including System Development, Networking, Software Engineering, ICT Security, Data Center Management, Database, System Administration and others , and who controls more than one branch then actually their career opportunities are brighter.

Department of Communication and Mass Media

Who said this major is also more popular with the name mass comm. is this useless? After all, those who work in broadcasting, publishing and mass media companies, who if not graduates from the Department of Communication and Mass Media?

In fact, this major has a larger career scope, because they can be journalists, journalists, newsreaders, editors, publishers, artists, scriptwriters, public relations officers, producers, MCs, DJs, VJs and more, plus with this entertainment and media industry. indeed the craze of Malaysian society, it is still a useful major event during the emergency season.

Department of Civil Engineering

In many branches of Engineering, for me Civil Engineering is one of the most demanding after Electrical/Electronics. This is because as long as there is infrastructure development in Malaysia, regardless of the development of houses, government/private office buildings, bridges, roads, highways, schools and others, as long as this Civil Engineer is needed and remains relevant.

Even if they can’t get a job, they can set up their own contractor company and take work for the renovation of houses, buildings, roads and others. So I’m not sure which pliers are useless.

Department of Human Resources and Staffing Development

This is for me the most ridiculous. This Human Resources Department is not useless, but very useful and still relevant. This is because it can be said that all companies regardless of industry and sector, there must be a Human Resources Division that needs to manage matters related to the company’s organization and employees, even the Human Resource Officer is the most important person in a company administration.

They are the ones who will decide how many employees can be hired, what positions need to be taken and so on. So even if you’re a doctor, or an engineer, or a systems analyst, or a factory operator, or whatever, it’s the human resources officer who manages you.
